What it means to ride for Clothes To Kids
As a “Charity Rider” on Team CTKF your commitment is simple. We provide guaranteed entry to the Tour and, in turn, you pledge to raise a minimum of $950 for Clothes To Kids of Fairfield County. We’ll set you up with a personalized fundraising page to share with your community and contacts.

- Rider Identification Kit (bib, bike plate, helmet cover) – this is your key to enter and participate in the Tour

Charity Rider FAQs
Complete the Team CTKF Application by APRIL 25, 2026. Spots are limited! Applications received after the deadline may still be considered.
Official Charity Riders for Team CTKF will pledge to raise a minimum of $950 for Clothes To Kids of Fairfield County. Riders who opt to have children under age 18 ride with them, will pledge to raise an additional $950 per child. We kindly request that all fundraising pledges be met by MAY 17, 2026.

Members of Team CTKF will be provided with a special instructions to register online as a Charity Rider for Clothes To Kids of Fairfield County. This guarantees your entry with a $0.00 registration fee. Registration deadline extended to APRIL 27, 2026 at 12PM EST.
No. Riders will not be refunded for a Standard or VIP entry fees if they choose to become (or already are) a Charity Rider.
Riders who miss the online registration deadline will miss out on all communications from Bike New York (the Tour host). The only next opportunity to register will be in person during Packet Pickup in New York City, on the Thursday, Friday, and Saturday before the Tour.
Rider ID packets (bib, bike plate, helmet cover, and Charity Rider Credential) must be picked up in person in NYC on the Thursday, Friday, and Saturday before the Tour. If you can’t make it to Packet Pickup, you can arrange for someone to pick up your packet for you, which is called Proxy Packet Pickup. (NOTE: rider ID kit shipping might be available for purchase when you register). Visit the Tour FAQ for all rider ID kit details, times, and location.
Registered riders will receive details about the start location and times from Bike New York. You can also check the Start Schedule on the Tour website. Charity Riders are automatically assigned to Wave 1 at the top of the Tour, but can choose to join any wave if a later start time is preferred. Please note that each wave starts from a different location.
